Booking and Confirmation
To schedule a move, you must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Upon receiving your booking request, we will confirm the availability through email or phone. Lewisham Removals reserves the right to accept or decline any booking at our discretion.
Fees and Payment
All fees are outlined in your booking confirmation. Payments are due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including:

- Bank Transfers
- Cash Payments
Additional services may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings, Lewisham Removals is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited as follows:
Insurance Coverage
We offer comprehensive insurance options to cover potential damages or losses during the move. It is advisable to opt for insurance to secure your possessions fully.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the total value of the goods being moved. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events such as extreme weather conditions or traffic disruptions.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the full payment.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring that all items are properly packed and labeled before the movers arrive.
- Providing clear instructions for the placement of furniture and boxes in the new location.
- Securing any necessary permits or permissions required for the move.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in additional charges or delays.
